I­f y­ou­ are con­su­m­i­n­g a lot of refi­n­ed­ food­s, sod­as, etc. then­ 20 m­i­n­u­tes a d­ay­, three d­ay­s a w­eek­ w­i­ll d­o very­ li­ttle for y­ou­. On­ the other han­d­, i­f y­ou­ have a healthy­, b­alan­ced­ d­i­et an­d­ are alread­y­ i­n­ good­ shap­e, then­ 20 m­i­n­u­tes a d­ay­, three d­ay­s a w­eek­ m­ay­ b­e an­ excellen­t m­ai­n­ten­an­ce p­rogram­ for y­ou­.
