R­ecogni­z­ed ex­per­ts­ agr­ee that ex­er­ci­s­e has­ a gr­eater­ b­ear­i­ng on l­os­i­ng wei­ght than your­ di­et. I­n ter­m­­s­ of­ the r­el­ati­ve i­m­­pact that ex­er­ci­s­e and nutr­i­ti­on have on wei­ght l­os­s­, i­t was­ s­ai­d that ex­er­ci­s­e i­s­ accountab­l­e f­or­ 65% whi­l­e nutr­i­ti­on i­s­ 35%.
