CAUSES OF LOW BACK & LEG PAIN
As with most symptoms, lower back pain takes time to develop, however, when the cause is determined, the pain can be interrupted, gratefully. We have to look at our lifestyle, nutrition, how we think & feel, etc. to unravel the condition.
