I am no­­t a f­itnes­s­ trainer, but I c­o­­uld have been. I want to­­ help­ o­­thers­ g­et into­­ the bes­t s­hap­e o­­f­ their live p­hy­s­ic­ally­ as­ well as­ s­p­iritually­.

    Because EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A DECISION!! This is where most people already fail! – They do not do the 1st step = DECIDE what they want, and then commit on realising that decision!

    This will empower not only you, but all the people watching. Maybe you can encourage people to start a 30 day challange with you and post videos of their own process here, which will hold them accountable :) ))
