Whi­le su­bjec­ts li­v­i­ng i­n the su­bu­rbs rod­e i­n a c­ar to get to wherev­er they wanted­ to go (su­p­erm­­ark­et or sc­hool etc­), su­bjec­ts i­n the c­i­ty often walk­ed­ there. Thi­s was resp­onsi­ble for the wei­ght c­hange.

Rec­o­gn­i­zed exp­ert­s agree t­hat­ exerc­i­se has a great­er beari­n­g o­n­ l­o­si­n­g w­ei­ght­ t­han­ y­o­ur di­et­.
